Returns and Exchanges

We stand by our work and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item is defective, we’ll make it right.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible with most orders shipping within 1-3 days. Made to order items (ie, woodcraft items with several options) are typically ready to ship in 1-2 weeks; watch for an email a day or so after your order with additional information.

Most orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class mail from Maryland and arrive in less than a week after arriving at the post office. Larger items are typically shipped via UPS Ground. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available via email once your stuff is packaged and a shipping label has been created.

Currently we are only shipping to the 50 US States and territories where the USPS reaches. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii and territories please contact us for a shipping quote as shipping may be expensive.

Sales Tax

As a very small business located in Maryland, USA, we collect and remit Maryland sales tax on all items sold to customers within Maryland. Most (hopefully all) states do not require out of state businesses with sales to their state under a certain threshold to register and remit sales tax. Therefore if your order is not shipping to a location in Maryland, we are not collecting sales tax at this time.
